Quality is our top priority and we fit only the best components. Our boats have a year’s warranty and many key components have longer warranties, including the engines. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers – from winterising and maintaining our boats. And our quality controls are so rigorous during the build, we eliminate the risk of warranty issues. A component failure is highly unlikely, but if it happens, we are there for you.
You can be reassured that if you do experience any problems, we’ll handle them with the least inconvenience to you. We work with well-established partners for ongoing maintenance or the Haines team can attend to issues or well always endeavour to get you back on the water as swiftly as possible. Our relationship with you doesn’t end after your boat is delivered. For us, you’ll always be a part of the Haines family. We love seeing our customers at boat shows, to hear your stories, and learn where you’ve moored your Haines.
